A pool for your own use
A private pool is reserved for the villa’s occupants. Check its depth, access from bedrooms and terrace layout. When travelling with children, ask about the home’s specific safety features: having a pool does not mean it is fenced.
Heated pool or infinity pool?
An infinity pool describes a design; it does not necessarily mean the pool is heated. For a heated pool, check operating periods and any additional costs in the property details and your quote. Conditions differ between villas.
The beach and neighbourhood
A pool, sea views and beach access are separate features. Hope Hill is above Orient Bay; Beacon Hill is close to Maho and the airport. In Terres Basses, beach distances vary by home. Choose according to your transport plans and vacation priorities.
