The villa
A contemporary four-to-seven-suite retreat with sea views, a heated pool and a private gym in Terres Basses.
Set on Morne Rouge in the peaceful Terres Basses peninsula, Villa Azur Dream has been completely refreshed in a clean contemporary style. Bright interiors, a generous covered terrace and open sea and sunset views create an elegant setting for time together.
Seven king suites with private bathrooms are arranged across two levels: five on the main floor and two below. The villa can be reserved with four, five, six or seven bedrooms, allowing the layout and rate to follow the size of the group.
The shared spaces include an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, a barbecue space and a private gym. Outside, the 11-metre swimming pool and broad terrace make the most of the view while preserving plenty of room for everyone to relax.

A bright contemporary retreat shaped by open views, long afternoons around the pool and sunset dinners on the terrace.
Five suites are on the main level and two are below. A car is recommended. Pool heating is included from 15 October to 15 April and available at an extra charge outside those dates.
The view shared by the pool terrace and gym, especially as the sun sets over the Caribbean.

Rounded nightly rates in low season: $1,140 for 4 bedrooms, $1,290 for 5, $1,430 for 6 and $1,570 for 7.
Rounded nightly rates in high season: $1,500 for 4 bedrooms, $1,710 for 5, $1,930 for 6 and $2,140 for 7. Christmas and New Year are $5,000 per night for every configuration.
Rates are prorated to the exact number of nights. Government tax and service fees of 10% are added to the accommodation rate.
Pool heating is included from 15 October to 15 April. Outside these dates, it can be requested for $350 per week.
A security deposit is required for every stay. Its amount and terms are confirmed by the agency before booking.
Minimum stay: 5 nights in low and high season, and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year.

How is the booking confirmed?+
Your enquiry is non-binding. Once the proposal and contract are approved, a 30% deposit confirms the reservation. The balance is generally due one month before arrival.
