You receive a selection for your dates, group and budget, then a written proposal. Concierge arrangements are available on request and costs are confirmed before booking.

Terres Basses suits travellers looking for privacy and access to the west-coast beaches. Orient Bay is a useful starting point for a beach-and-dining stay. Friar’s Bay and Grand Case suit guests who want to explore those beaches and restaurants; Cul-de-Sac is convenient for the Pinel departure point. Beacon Hill and Maho are on the Dutch side. Villa rental rates and reference quotes are in US dollars (USD). The stay estimator also shows approximate totals in Canadian dollars (CAD) and euros (EUR), using dated Bank of Canada exchange rates. These conversions are indicative; your bank’s rate and fees may differ. The final proposal specifies the currency, accommodation amount, applicable taxes and service fees, any separately charged housekeeping and the security deposit.

They refer to the same Caribbean island, divided between the French side, Saint-Martin, and the Dutch side, Sint Maarten. “St Martin,” “St Maarten” and “SXM” are also commonly used. Each area has a different feel, so we help you choose according to beaches, dining, privacy and travel plans.
