The villa
A four-bedroom hillside retreat with a private pool, panoramic Caribbean views and Friar's Bay beach only a short walk away.
Villa Ravenala is set in the peaceful hills above Friar's Bay, where the wooden terrace and private pool open towards Saint-Martin's green interior and the Caribbean Sea. The beach is approximately five minutes away on foot, while Grand Case and its celebrated restaurants are around ten minutes away by car.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests in two king suites, one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom. Four bathrooms, air conditioning and a layout that balances shared spaces with private rooms make it especially comfortable for families or groups of friends.
The bright living and dining room extends naturally towards the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen supports relaxed breakfasts and dinners at home, while the outdoor dining area, sun loungers and pool create an easy indoor-outdoor rhythm throughout the day.
A private fitness room is currently under construction. It is not yet available to guests, and its opening date will be confirmed by the agency.
