The villa
A contemporary hillside villa overlooking Orient Bay, with spectacular sunrise views, three king suites and a heated 14-metre pool.
Villa Sunrise is set high above Orient Bay, where the view stretches from Pinel and Tintamarre to Saint-Barthélemy on the horizon. Each morning begins with the first light over the Caribbean, creating one of the most memorable panoramas on the island.
Recently refurbished, the villa combines clean contemporary lines with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The air-conditioned living room and fully equipped kitchen open naturally towards the covered terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor spaces to follow the same relaxed rhythm.
Three king suites with en-suite bathrooms accommodate up to six guests. Two enjoy ocean views, while the third offers an intimate layout with its own jacuzzi—an inviting place to unwind after a day at the beach.
Outside, the heated 14-metre pool runs along the terrace facing the islands. Orient Bay beach, its restaurants, beach clubs and water sports are approximately five minutes away by car, making Villa Sunrise both peaceful and remarkably convenient.

Nightly rates in low season: $630 for 2 bedrooms and $770 for 3 bedrooms.
High season is $930 per night, and Christmas and New Year are $1,600 per night, for either configuration.
Rates are prorated to the exact number of nights. Government tax and service fees of 10% are added to the accommodation rate.
Daily housekeeping is included, except Sundays and public holidays.
A security deposit is required for every stay. Its amount and terms are confirmed by the agency before booking.
Minimum stay: 5 nights in low season, 6 nights in high season, and 12 nights over Christmas and New Year.
