A five-bedroom vacation villa in Terres Basses for up to ten guests, with sea views, a seasonally heated pool and an independent guest apartment.
Villa Nuit Jade is a private vacation rental in Terres Basses on the French side of Saint Martin, welcoming families and groups of up to ten guests. Broad Caribbean views and living spaces that open onto the terrace make it easy to share meals, spend afternoons by the pool and watch the sunset together.
Four suites occupy the main level, while an independent guest apartment with an equipped kitchen gives part of the group extra privacy. The seasonally heated infinity pool, outdoor bar, pétanque court and fire-pit lounge offer different places to gather throughout the day.

The villa is located within the private Terres Basses community. A car is recommended for easy access to beaches, restaurants and the rest of the island.
The natural flow between the terrace, outdoor bar and pool: everyone has their own space while still sharing the same moments.

Your enquiry is non-binding. Once the proposal and contract are approved, a 30% deposit confirms the reservation. The balance is generally due one month before arrival.
