The villa
A serene five-bedroom retreat shaped around sea views, generous terraces and an easy rhythm between poolside and indoors.
Villa Nuit Jade sits within the private enclave of Terres Basses, with broad Caribbean views and calm, contemporary interiors. Its main living spaces open to the terrace, making long lunches, pool afternoons and sunset drinks feel naturally connected.
Four suites occupy the main level, while a separate apartment-style guest house offers additional privacy. The heated pool, outdoor bar, pétanque court and fire-pit lounge give families and groups plenty of room to come together without ever feeling crowded.

How is the booking confirmed?+
Your enquiry is non-binding. Once the proposal and contract are approved, a 30% deposit confirms the reservation. The balance is generally due one month before arrival.
