A welcoming four-bedroom home in Cul-de-Sac, with a private infinity pool and views over the bay, Pinel Island and St Barth.
Set within a secure residential community in Cul-de-Sac, Villa Paradis offers a welcoming base for a Saint Martin holiday with family or friends. Its private infinity pool and terraces overlook Cul-de-Sac Bay, Pinel Island and St Barth, with the sea stretching out beyond.
Two wooden decks set the scene for time together, from breakfast overlooking the bay to dinner around the gas barbecue. Sun loungers invite you to linger by the pool, while the patio sofa offers a comfortable place to read, rest or enjoy an evening drink. The patio also features a pole-dancing pole.
Bright interiors continue the relaxed atmosphere. The living room has a smart TV and sits alongside the dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine and Wi-Fi are also available.
All four bedrooms have a 180 × 200 cm bed. The Caraïbes master suite includes a private shower room with double sinks and a separate toilet; the Paris bedroom has its own shower room with a single sink. The New York and Italie bedrooms share a shower room with double sinks. In total, the villa offers three shower rooms and three separate toilets.
A short walk takes you to the Cul-de-Sac pier, where shuttle boats cross to Pinel Island for beach days and turquoise water before returning to the villa.
A water cistern and backup generator are provided for water or power outages. The main entrance has direct step-free access, and free parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Relaxed and Caribbean. It is easy to picture a stay shaped by the mood of the day, mixing island discoveries with days spent without a schedule.
I recommend a rental car for the freedom to explore the beaches, pick up groceries and dine in the island’s different neighbourhoods.
The character of the bedrooms, each with its own theme. I like homes with personality, where everyone can find a little corner that feels their own.
