The villa
A five-bedroom hillside villa overlooking Marigot Bay, with a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, fitness room and the beach within walking distance.
Set above Marigot Bay, Villa Mathilda combines clean contemporary lines with the easy rhythm of Saint-Barthélemy. Natural light, pale woods and soft neutral tones create an elegant yet relaxed setting, while the sea remains visible from the main living spaces and terraces.
The villa is arranged over two levels and accommodates up to ten guests in five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are accessed from inside the house and a fifth has its own exterior entrance. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms, while two adjoining bedrooms share a bathroom—an arrangement that works particularly well for a family.
The air-conditioned living room opens directly onto the pool terrace. A fully equipped indoor kitchen is complemented by a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, making it easy to move from quiet breakfasts to long lunches and dinners in the Caribbean air.
Outside, the heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers, shaded seating, a gazebo and a hammock overlooking the bay. Table tennis, table football and an outdoor sound system add a more playful side to the terrace.
A private fitness room and a dedicated massage room complete the villa, creating a comfortable base for both active days and slower moments close to Marigot Beach.
