The villa
A panoramic three-to-five-bedroom retreat above Happy Bay, with two heated pools, a whirlpool and a private wellness area.
Set above Happy Bay, Villa L’Heure Bleue opens onto a wide panorama of the Caribbean coastline and Anguilla. From the first light of morning to sunset, the sea is part of every moment on the terrace.
Five en-suite bedrooms are arranged between the main house and a more independent lower suite. Three of them face the sea and open directly onto a pool terrace, while the fifth has its own terrace and exterior access for added privacy.
Two heated pools, a whirlpool, a gym and an infrared sauna turn the villa into a private place to unwind. Available with three, four or five bedrooms, it works equally well for families and groups of friends.

A peaceful hillside retreat where open sea views, heated pools and the changing Caribbean light set the rhythm of the stay.
The fifth suite sits below the main house and is reached by an exterior path. A car is recommended. Pool heating is included from 17 December to 15 April and available at an extra charge outside those dates.
The uninterrupted outlook towards Anguilla, enjoyed from sunrise through the blue hour and sunset.

Rounded nightly rates in low season: $1,170 for 3 bedrooms, $1,230 for 4 and $1,370 for 5.
Rounded nightly rates in high season: $1,540 for 3 bedrooms, $1,730 for 4 and $1,890 for 5. Christmas and New Year are $3,260 per night for every configuration.
Rates are prorated to the exact number of nights. Government tax and service fees of 10% are added to the accommodation rate.
Pool heating is included from 17 December to 15 April. Outside these dates, it can be requested for $350 per week.
A security deposit is required for every stay. Its amount and terms are confirmed by the agency before booking.
Minimum stay: 5 nights in low and high season, and 12 nights over Christmas and New Year.

How is the booking confirmed?+
Your enquiry is non-binding. Once the proposal and contract are approved, a 30% deposit confirms the reservation. The balance is generally due one month before arrival.
