The villa
A six-bedroom hillside villa with a private infinity pool, an equipped rooftop and sweeping 180° views over Marigot Bay, Anguilla and the lagoon.
Villa C’est la Vue occupies an elevated position in Terres Basses, one of Saint-Martin’s most sought-after residential areas. Its 180° outlook reaches across Marigot Bay, Anguilla, the lagoon and the Caribbean before the lights of Sint Maarten appear after sunset.
Inspired by hacienda architecture, the property combines a two-level main house with an independent cottage. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodate up to twelve guests while allowing families and friends to share the villa without giving up their privacy.
The living areas unfold towards generous terraces. A fully equipped kitchen, panoramic dining room, private cinema and leisure spaces make the house equally comfortable for long lunches, quiet evenings and time together indoors.
Outside, the infinity pool follows the horizon. A summer kitchen, pizza oven, plancha grill, pétanque court and several terraces create distinct places for dining and relaxing. The fitted 100 m² rooftop terrace and its private bar add a spectacular setting for evenings above the lagoon.
A private fitness room is also planned and will be added to the villa soon. It is not yet available to guests and its opening will be confirmed by the agency.

The property has six bedrooms and four bathrooms across a two-level main villa and an independent cottage. The private fitness room is coming soon and is not currently available.

How is the booking confirmed?+
Your enquiry is non-binding. Once the proposal and contract are approved, a 30% deposit confirms the reservation. The balance is generally due one month before arrival.
