The villa
A five-suite Indigo Bay retreat with sweeping views of Saba, a heated 12-metre pool, private jacuzzi and gym.
Set high above Indigo Bay, Villa Emeraude opens towards the Caribbean Sea and the island of Saba. Wood, stone and ocean-inspired shades bring warmth to the contemporary interiors, while wide openings connect the living room, dining area and kitchen to the outdoor spaces.
Five en-suite bedrooms are distributed between the main level, the upper floor and an independent guest suite. Three have king-size beds and ocean views, one family-friendly room has two double beds, and the separate fifth suite offers a king-size bed, garden outlook and private exterior access.
Days naturally unfold around the 12-metre heated pool, the tropical garden and the outdoor lounge. A private jacuzzi terrace creates a quieter corner, while the equipped gym, outdoor shower and generous dining areas make the villa equally comfortable for relaxation and shared time.
Available with four or five bedrooms, Villa Emeraude is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends looking for space, privacy and an easy indoor-outdoor rhythm in Sint Maarten.

A calm, contemporary house where tropical greenery, warm natural materials and the view towards Saba create an intimate resort feel.
The villa is offered with four or five bedrooms. A car is recommended for reaching the beach, restaurants and shops from the Indigo Bay hillside.
The long heated pool and its terrace, with the Caribbean horizon and Saba as a backdrop throughout the day.

Nightly rates in low season: $1,500 for 4 bedrooms and $1,800 for 5 bedrooms.
Nightly rates in high season: $2,100 for 4 bedrooms and $2,200 for 5 bedrooms. Christmas and New Year are $3,700 per night for either configuration.
Rates are prorated to the exact number of nights. Government tax and service fees of 10% are added to the accommodation rate.
Daily housekeeping is included, except Sundays and public holidays.
A security deposit is required for every stay. Its amount and terms are confirmed by the agency before booking.
Minimum stay: 5 nights in low season, and 7 nights in high season and over Christmas and New Year.

How is the booking confirmed?+
Your enquiry is non-binding. Once the proposal and contract are approved, a 30% deposit confirms the reservation. The balance is generally due one month before arrival.
